Do purchased AI credits expire?
Yes. Credits purchased in a pack remain valid for 12 months from purchase. The app spends the credit lot that expires soonest first to reduce avoidable expiry.
How are Free, pass, and credit-pack credits different?
Infinite Free grants 10 promotional credits every 30 days without rollover. Infinite Pro and Infinite Career Season each include a one-time paid credit grant. Credit packs add AI credits only and do not add plan time, Quick Scans, imports, or processing priority.
Which credits does the system use first?
Credits are consumed from the active lot with the earliest expiry. If an AI operation fails after reserving credits, the credits are restored to the original lot with its original expiry.
Do I need a paid pass to use AI tools?
No. Every released AI tool is available whenever your account has enough credits. You can use promotional credits or purchase a credit pack without buying a job-search pass.
Why would I choose a pass instead of a credit pack?
A pack supplies AI credits only. Infinite Pro and Infinite Career Season combine included credits with finite Quick Scan and resume-import allowances plus faster AI processing during the pass.
What happens to paid credits when my pass ends?
The account returns to Infinite Free, but unused paid credits remain available until their own 12-month expiry. Your resumes, templates, design controls, and PDF downloads remain available.
When do credits appear after payment?
Credits are granted after the payment is captured and verified. Delivery is normally immediate, and the webhook and reconciliation process recover successful payments if the browser closes early.
What payment methods are available?
Available methods are shown securely by Razorpay at checkout and can vary by currency, country, device, and merchant activation. Infinite Resume never collects card or UPI credentials directly.
