One-time purchases
Infinite Pro, Infinite Career Season, and AI credit packs are one-time digital purchases. They do not auto-renew and there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
Final purchase rule
Access and credits are delivered immediately after a payment is captured. Once delivered, a purchase is final and cannot be cancelled for a change of mind or non-use, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Failed, duplicate, or unauthorized charges
An authorization that is not captured is normally reversed by the payment provider or issuing bank. If you see a duplicate or unauthorized captured charge, contact support@infiniteresume.com with the payment reference. We will investigate provider records and correct confirmed payment errors.
Payment disputes
Please contact us first so we can trace the order, payment, and account delivery. This does not limit any mandatory rights provided by law or your card issuer.
