By creating an account, accessing, or using Infinite Resume, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using Infinite Resume, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.

Infinite Resume provides an AI-powered resume building tool that allows users to input professional details and generate formatted resume documents (PDF/Text).

• Free Service: The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium paid features in the future, with prior notice to users.

You agree not to use the Service to:

1. Generate resumes containing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
2. Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
3. Scrape or Reverse Engineer: You may not use bots, spiders, or scrapers to access the Service or attempt to reverse engineer our source code or AI prompts.
4. Resell access to the Service or use it to build a competing product.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality—including the "Infinite Resume" brand, logo, and software code—are and will remain the exclusive property of Infinite Resume.

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
3. Any failure to secure employment or lost job opportunities arising from the use of our resumes;
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the AI output.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Infinite Resume and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from:

1. Your use and access of the Service;
2. A breach of these Terms;
3. Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party (e.g., an employer claiming fraud).

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashik, Maharashtra.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
