Delivery method
A purchased pass or AI credit pack is applied to the Infinite Resume account associated with the signed-in customer. A confirmation receipt is sent to the verified account email. No physical product or shipping fee is involved.
Delivery timing
Delivery normally occurs immediately after the payment provider confirms that the payment is captured. Authorized, pending, or failed payments do not grant access. Provider delays may briefly show a payment as processing; our reconciliation service completes eligible captured purchases automatically.
Delivery support
If a captured purchase is not visible in your account, email support@infiniteresume.com from your account email and include the payment reference shown by Razorpay.
